yeah HostMonster is a sister company to BlueHost..
I unable to test their service now as they not accept Indian currency. I have to wait a month or so.
But you can always sign up using credit card or by paypal..
I use HostGator, In fact it is the only one in industry that ASSURES 99.9% uptime.
Bluehost, dreamhost, others dont’ guarantee this. Though they claim those figures.
