I agree! We need to have a good seo-friendly theme for our blog. I have a good looking theme (According to me) in my blog but I would like ot know whether its SEO-Friendly? Can you please have a look at it and its page source and tell me? If No, can you please suggest me some other seo-friendly themes?
@Saksham: It seems the number of links in your pages are exceeding the recommended limit for a good SEO. Matts Cutts suggests a maximum of 100 links per page. Your side bar & footer has many links. It may help if you can do away with few of them.

I recommend you to make that post sticky. It will bring your post in the front in readers view as well as there will be no SEO loss. Changing dates can cause you troubles if you use dates in your permalinks. Making a post sticky is the best option.
