by Rajesh Kanuri on November 7, 2009

Download Mozilla Firefox 3.6 betaEverything new is flowing in technology. Google Chrome announced Linux based OS, Microsoft launched Windows 7 and several other products related server were upgraded, WordPress announced 2.9 beta and 2.8.5 stable versions, and now its time for the latest buzz in my favorite browser Mozilla Firefox.

Mozilla has released 3.5.5 stable version and at the same time they released 3.6 beta version for testing purposes.

Whats new in 3.6?

  • Lot’s of customization like loading personas (inbuilt themes) is possible.
  • Alerts users about the outdated plug-ins and keeps them safe.
  • Open native video now will be displayed in full screen mode.
  • Supports poster frames.
  • Support for WOFF font frame.
  • Improved java script performance  which results in improvisation of  overall browser performance.
  • Support for new DOM, CSS, HTML5 technologies.
  • Wide range of languages (Over 50)  made available.

In built personas is a great feature. But still do not want to experiment with this version. Waiting for the forthcoming versions

This is the second time I am trying to post a comment, but the comment which I have written is not seen. The message “Your comment is under moderation” is only what I can see. Is this common? Did anybody report to you before

The features and options and plugins that FF provides can never compete with any other browser. That’s the primary point why I chose FF to be my default browser.
